Implementation & Integration
Roll out new systems with team training and support. Monitor adoption and make real-time adjustments based on feedback. Regular check-ins to ensure sustainable integration.

Phase 2: Vision & Growth (4 months) Now that you can breathe, plan where you're actually going

With foundations in place and your team regulated, we move into strategic planning for the future. This phase builds upon the systems and frameworks to support where you're actually heading, not where you thought you should be going when you were drowning.

This includes strategic business planning, growth strategy, further systems development to support your vision and continued nervous system practices as you navigate expansion.

Investment range: $80,000-$100,000

Phase 3: Ongoing Support (Monthly retainer) Steady presence as you live into it

Continuous support as you live into the foundations and vision you've built. Strategic guidance, team regulation practices, culture development, and responsive support as challenges emerge.

Time commitment: 2-4 days per month
Investment: $8,000-$15,000/month
