Ways to work with us

There's no one-size-fits-all approach here. It depends on what you need and where your business is at.

Full partnership
This is what we believe works best: both of us working with your business together. Jacqueline on the structure, roles, systems, clarity. Dara on the people, how they perform, nervous system regulation, breathwork practices, learning to respond instead of react. When you address both simultaneously, the transformation holds. This is usually 6-12 months of intensive work, with the option for ongoing support after that.

Nervous system regulation for teams
Sometimes you already have business systems support, or you're clear on structure but your people are still dysregulated. We can work specifically on breath regulation and performance practices for your leadership and teams. Depending on team size and scope we can work intensively 1:1, with small groups or leading larger group sessions. This can be standalone or integrated into your existing business rhythms.

How we structure the work
We don't work from templates. Every engagement is shaped around your specific humans, your specific systems and the pace of change your organisation can actually sustain. This might look like:

  • One-off sessions or workshops for specific challenges that need perspective

  • Project-based work for a few months to address a specific area

  • Intensive engagement (6-12 months) where we go deep on structure and regulation

  • Ongoing retainer after intensive work, for continued support as you grow
